Providing wellness program services designed to enhance individual well-being, promote independence, support healthy aging, and elevate resident quality of life through a holistic, lifestyle-based approach; namely, conducting non-medical lifestyle and wellness assessments, including comprehensive lifestyle reviews that evaluate the resident as a whole person to better understand personal history, preferences, and goals; providing information and guidance in the fields of nutrition, wellness, and healthy aging; and maintaining an online database featuring resources, assessments, and information to support personalized engagement, independence, and overall quality of life within a continuing care retirement community.
