eRCA is a product designation that refers to any software application, created by Apollo Associated Services, LLC (AAS), for the purposes of supporting the Apollo Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method. For instance, all eLearning courses from AAS will be offered under the name eRCA such as eRCA: Foundations of Problem Solving (our intro level course to Apollo RCA). Instructor-led training courses would not be offered under the eRCA name. Apollo RCA is an intellectual property. It is a structured, methodological approach to solving complex problems.
