Refrigeration and cooling equipment, replacement parts and related equipment, namely, cooling towers, evaporative condensers, closed circuit evaporative coolers, evaporators, rooftop air units, centrifugal fan units, cooling units for industrial purposes, namely, thermal energy units that make and store ice used for cooling purposes, and non-chemical water treatment systems comprised of some or all of the following elements: chamber, electrical pulse transformer panel, shielded cable and/or motorized ball valve, conductivity controller with toroidal conductivity sensor, pH sensor, flow switch, PVC pH/conductivity sensor chamber, y-strainer, isolation valves, and interconnecting piping and fittings, all for use in connection with evaporative cooling systems, namely, cooling towers, closed circuit coolers and evaporative condensers
