Case management services for individuals and families who are struggling with mental health related issues as a result of needing support, namely, the coordination of the necessary social services, medical, and mental health services and government benefits; case management as a collaborative process between the individuals and families and case managers and other community providers of care to enable the individuals and families to access needed social services, medical services, mental health services, and government benefits; and providing emotional and crisis intervention support via a 24/7 hotline

Public advocacy to promote awareness of mental health issues in places of employment; public advocacy to promote awareness of the need for mental health friendly workplaces; public advocacy on the local, state and federal levels to promote awareness of mental health issues and effective mental health legislation and policies; public advocacy before public officials and policy makers to promote awareness of the importance of mental health and its impact on the residents of the community served; promoting community awareness regarding reducing mental health stigma and identifying mental illness; and providing referral information to individuals and families about ways to connect with needed mental health services

Mental health therapy services for individuals and groups; providing educational mental health information to the public about the ways to support mental wellness; mental health services, namely, providing therapy and crisis intervention for youth, families, adults, and groups; and suicide assessments to determine severity of individuals' suicidal ideation and determine if the individuals need to be hospitalized and/or a safety plan needs to be put into place

Educational services, namely, conducting speaking engagements in the field of mental health, to mental health professionals and the public at large, to raise awareness of mental health issues; providing educational training and workshops in the field of mental health issues, namely, stress, depression, and suicide prevention, for the public at large, faith based organizations, schools, non-profit and for-profit organizations, and government agencies; continuing education events and classes in the field of mental health, for mental health professionals, social workers, counselors and psychologists
