A mobile monitor device for providing nurses and/healthcare professional with a method of visually monitoring their patients while they are neither in the room or at the central nurse station monitor, and for receiving any a combination of vibration, audio alerts, and visual alerts, namely a smartdevice, smartpad or other mobile device with a video screen, vibrator, and speaker. The mobile monitoring device contains software applications for monitoring, controlling and disarming a variety of remote devices, routines, or schedules, namely patient fall systems, bed ulcer management and tracking the position/location and availability of the device's owners as well as scheduling and recording rounds for the device's owner
