Development of curricula and teaching treatment plans and programs in the fields of parenting and caregiving for foster parents and families caring for children and youth who are victims of trauma, abuse, or grief, children and youth with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities, and at-risk children and youth with physical, emotional, behavioral or delinquency problems or medically complex needs; providing training to parents and caregivers in the field of caring for and development of children and youth who are victims of trauma, abuse, or grief, children and youth with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities, and at-risk children and youth with physical, emotional, behavioral or delinquency problems or medically complex needs; teaching coping, social, relationship and life skills to children and youth who are victims of trauma, abuse, or grief, children and youth with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities, and at-risk children and youth with physical, emotional, behavioral or delinquency problems or medically complex needs, to reduce symptoms of trauma, increase stability in the home, develop more positive family relationships, and increase well-being; educational skills training for children and youth who are victims of trauma, abuse, or grief, children and youth with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities, and at-risk children and youth with physical, emotional, behavioral or delinquency problems or medically complex needs, and for their caregivers and families; training in psychological, and behavioral self-regulation for children and youth who are victims of trauma, abuse, or grief, children and youth with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities, and at-risk children and youth with physical, emotional, behavioral or delinquency problems or medically complex needs, and for their caregivers and families

Psychological services, namely, therapeutic assessment, clinical assessment of physical, psychological, and emotional needs, behavioral therapy, counseling, and therapeutic intervention in emotional, psychological, and behavioral self-regulation for children and youth who are victims of trauma, abuse, or grief, children and youth with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities, and at-risk children and youth with physical, emotional, behavioral or delinquency problems or medically complex needs, and for their caregivers and families; cognitive and behavioral therapy in the field of caring for and development of children and youth who are victims of trauma, abuse, or grief, children and youth with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities, and at-risk children and youth with physical, emotional, behavioral or delinquency problems or medically complex needs, and their caregivers and families
