Stand-alone wearable therapeutic medical devices enabling delivery of neurologically-effective electrical energy to the brain, namely, stand-alone therapeutic medical devices worn throughout the day that deliver neurologically-effective electrical impulses through the skin to therapeutically modulate a dysfunctional brain in the treatment of tremors, including Essential Tremor Disorder and Parkinson's Disease, wherein the worn devices are therapeutic only and are not used to perform medical monitoring, medical diagnosis, physiological data acquisition, data recording, data transmission, remote monitoring, or physiological data analysis, other than internal signal responsive control of therapeutic electrical stimulation
