Coats, jackets, blousons, vests, anoraks, parkas, [ ski jackets, ski bibs and ski pants, ] bought by and carried in a department store outerwear department, but excluding all of the following: any such apparel designed and/or sold for active use in hunting or fishing, and also excluding, without limitation, (i) suit jackets or sportscoat jackets, (ii) coats, jackets, blousons, vests, anoraks and parkas or any other apparel products designed and/or sold for active use in hunting and fishing whether or not made out of camouflage, tree bark, blaze (hunter orange) or other material, (iii) rainwear, including, without limitation, raincoats and rainsuits whether of fabric, plastic, PVC or any other material; (iv) men's plaid or solid lined heavyweight shirts, including 9 oz per square yard combined or heavier; cotton flannel plaid or solid, and lined or unlined 6.75 oz per square yard or heavier; or (v) other items of apparel not specifically enumerated herein
