FILETS will be a modern full-service boutique type retail store that will specialize in selling the freshest and highest quality seafood, beef, pork, poultry and game meats, etc. Filets and steaks will be from: tuna, salmon, tilapia, catfish, dolphin, bass, trout, cod, halibut, flounder, grouper, mackerel, beef tenderloin, filet mignon, ribeye, New York strip, t-bone, porterhouse, chicken breast and filets, pork tenderloin, pork filets, pork chops, buffalo/bison, venison, ostrich, alligator, and Yak, etc. Additional items will be clams, crabs, lobsters, and oysters, etc.

FILETS will also retail: seasonings, spices, marinades, sauces, cheeses, rices, pastas, coffee, recipes/recipe books, pates', crackers, peanuts, dipping oils, vinegars, breads, hor d'oeures and a signature dessert, etc.

FILETS will also retail wine and spirits. Table and cooking wines.
