recorded music or sound of any style or type which has been saved or duplicated in the form of; compact disc, vinyl LP record, acetate LP record, mini-compact disc, minidisc, digital video disc which includes audio (dvd including dvd-r and dvd-rw), CD-ROM (compact disc read only memory), CD-R (compact disc recordable), CD-RW (compact disc re-write enabled), standard analog VHS video cassette with audio, standard 2 track or multi-track analog audio cassette, digital audio media memory chips or players (any digital audio reproduction devices including mp3 players or any RAM; random access memory or ROM; read only memory players or memory cards), AND any and all stationary or transportable, downloadable or transferable digital audio files (including aiff, wav, mp2, mp3, ra, ram, snd, sd2; soundesigner ii, mov media types playable on any DOS based computer, windows based computer, apple based computer, unix computer, web serving computer or other operating system based computer) or any sound playing or reproducing device of an electronic or magnetic nature) INCLUDING any packaging directly affecting the protection, or promotion of the previously mentioned items (eg - the printed paper record jacket or booklet which would identify the item (goods) as a Forever Inside Records sound recording)
