It also includes all branding and use of Framily to indicate membership in an individual or global membership social club consisting of friends who are considered to be part of a family even though they are not genetically or considered (through adoption, etc.) related. Likewise to indicate membership in an individual or global membership club consisting of family who are also friends. It is the combination of the words family and friends used to make framily for use on the above mentioned on-line and in-store merchandising through Framily LLC stores and other vendor stores
