Educational services, namely, providing training to agricultural communities and community based organizations in the areas of agriculture, farming, harvesting, sales and marketing, crop production, quality standards, labor issues, ethical business practices, health issues, and conservation; technical assistance and consultation in the field of education and training for agricultural communities and community based organizations; and providing educational and training materials related thereto

Financial services, namely, funding education, training, and infrastructure projects for the benefit of agricultural communities; insurance services, namely, consulting and providing information concerning insurance; charitable foundation and funding services, namely, providing fundraising activities, funding, scholarships and/or financial assistance for agricultural communities and community based organizations, and providing financial assistance for programs and services of others; and technical assistance and consultation regarding charitable financial assistance and funding of projects
