Clinic-based behavioral health therapy services for children and adolescents with autism and developmental delays

Community living support services, namely, personal care assistance consisting of assisting with functional and daily living skills, community activity involvement, and socially appropriate behaviors for the purpose of increasing the quality of individuals well-being who have intellectual or developmental disabilities

Clinic-based educational services, namely, providing one on one individualized tutorial sessions for children and adolescents with autism and developmental delays in the field of behavior, including teaching basic skills such as looking, listening and imitating, and complex skills such as reading, conversing and understanding another person's perspective; Tutoring in the fields of instruction of reading, writing, and math concepts; Teaching of community living skills, namely, teaching of functional and daily living skills, how to be involved in community activity, and socially appropriate behaviors for the purpose of increasing the quality of individual's well-being who have intellectual or developmental disabilities
