A dental and medical apparatus, namely, a non-chemically activated, liquid filled, cold dental and oral surgical pain and headache control anesthesia device in the nature of a US patented, FDA approved, noDOP PVC tubular, dental mouthpiece. When frozen to -220F and properly inserted by a dentist or doctor in the sulci of the upper and lower jaw(not for use on the gums or teeth), the mouthpiece chills and numbs the maxillo-facial nerves of the human facial structure providing relief from pain during and after dental and oral surgery procedures. In the same way, the apparatus may be used to provide headache pain relief. It is not intended for pediatric use
