H.E.A.R.T does not yet function as a service mark however once Trademark is achieved, I'll be promoting for speaking engagements, plan to write a book and in general promote Honesty, Excellence, Accuracy, Respect and Teamwork (H.E.A.R.T) throughout my industry and others. I'm hesitant to put on paid speaking engagements until I get trademark application approved and taken care of. The intent is indeed for H.E.A.R.T to become a service mark and if required I can amend to Section 1 (b) instead of Section 1(a). Will be providing leadership skills training by embracing HEART; Honesty, Excellence, Accuracy, Respect and Teamwork
