Organizing and conducting peer support groups and structured social support gatherings for adults and older adults in the field of loneliness, social isolation, and life transitions associated with aging, the peer support groups and gatherings taking place in connection with recreational sports, racquet sports, and wellness-based group fitness activities and focusing on fostering interpersonal connection, emotional support, and a sense of community.

Organizing and conducting adult recreational sports programs and group fitness activities, namely, tennis, pickleball, badminton and other racquet sports and group exercise classes; organizing and administering recreational sports leagues and social sports clubs for adults and older adults; providing community sporting events and in-person social activities centered on recreational sports and wellness-based physical activity for purposes of promoting friendship, reducing social isolation, increasing physical activity, and fostering meaningful social engagement among adults and older adults in safe, welcoming environments.
