Educational services, namely, providing mentoring, classes, courses and seminars to those seeking a career in the helicopter industry as pilots and/or maintenance technicians and to enhance the skills of current helicopter professionals; Educational services, namely, developing and coordinating internships and apprenticeships in the helicopter industry

Association services, namely, promoting the interests of the helicopter industry, including cooperative efforts with aviation universities, colleges, vocational schools, and training schools in order to attract the interest of young people in the civil helicopter industry, and promoting the interests of the helicopter industry by stimulating interest in young people in K-12, individually as well as through their schools, in the helicopter industry and opportunities therein; job and personnel placement, including providing a year-round electronic marketplace for graduating students to post resumes and for potential employers to evaluate the skill sets offered
