Providing personal support services to patients and families of patients hospitalized with high risk pregnancies and/or neonatal intensive care after premature delivery, namely, providing emotional counseling and emotional support; Preparing customized gift sets containing clothing, a blanket, and personal hygiene products for hospitalization; Bereavement counseling; grief counseling; providing personal support services for families of patients, namely, emotional counseling and emotional support for grieving families whom lost a newborn
