The Hospital Dashboard Report is a report designed for healthcare executives, consultants, or others interested in hospital financial performance Data for the report comes from public data sets such as the Medicare Standard Analytical files, the Medicare Cost Reports, and/or audited financial statements provided by client hospitals The report is generated by software programs written by Cleverley and Associates that calculate selected financial and operational statistics These statistics are presented in sections; Financial Overview, Revenue Drivers, Margin Drivers, Working Capital Drivers, Capital Drivers, and Cost of Capital Drivers Individual line items for each section are rated on a 5-point scale (poor-fair-average-good-excellent) The Financial Overview section reports statics over a three year period The remaining sections report the client hospital compared to one peer and a peer average A sample report is enclosed
