Hotspot Wireless is a membership program that makes laptop computers available to its members to enable its members to gain internet access at Hotspot Wireless locations; Members sign up and are issued a Hotspot Wireless Members Card; Hotspot Wireless provides vending machines in locations such as coffee shops, Members can obtain a laptop computer from the vending machine and access the internet using the laptop computer; A Members Card called a "Hotspot Card" is available to anyone who completes an application form; The program offers has two options for members to choose from; Offer 1-- Hotspot Wireless supplies the vending machine to a location owner that has DSL or cable internet access and the owner receives a % of profits; Offer 2-- The location owner can purchase the vending machine and pays a monthly service fee; The vending machine is a stylish yet simple unit that is approximately 24 inches X 20 inches X 20 inches; It is similar to an ATM machine; It contains four Dell wi-fi ready laptop computers for members' use; The vending machine has a wireless router that can transmit a signal up to 300 feet and can handle 100 signals at once; The machine has a card reader, bill collector, and key pad; Members swipe their card, enter their PIN number, and select payment method; Payment can be made by either cash or by charging rental time to the credit card on file; Hotspot Wireless intends to install these vending machines in coffee shops, cafes, malls, hospitals, resorts and lodges, company coffee rooms, and other locations throughout the United States
