a device similar to a plastic waterproof bag with a watertight closure or zipper that has one or more sides made out of a rigid or semi-rigid clear and transparent plastic similar to plexiglass allowing someone to clearly read and/or manipulate the inside contents such as a book or media device or other devices keeping them dry by virtue of the waterproof bag. The contents such as books or other readable material can have their pages flipped, operated or manipulated by two plastic gloves which form part of the plastic bag and project inwards from the outside toward the inside allowing someone to insert their hands through the gloves permitting them to flip the pages of the book, magazine or other reading material or to operate any device that is inside the plastic bag sealed from water or humidity with the locking feature of the bag thus preventing any water from reaching the inside for example while someone is taking a bath, shower, swimming or during any other activity where there is a risk of water or humidity damaging the contents that would be safely placed inside the bag
