Educational services, namely, workshops, classes, seminars, forums, and lectures; (a) Educating and informing Applicant's members on political and economic issues; (b) Educating and influencing lawmakers and other public officials on the interests, problems and needs of small and medium sized business; (c) Educating the general public, the news media and private-sector employees on the interests, problems and needs of small and medium sized business and the values of the free-enterprise system; (d) Educating Applicant's members on the benefits of actively participating in the political and legislative process and the election of responsive public officials; and (e) Providing educational programs to assist Applicant's members
