Inspection Warranty is a written warranty to the customer, that consists of a claim that the R A Murphy Co -Roofing Systems will return for a period of three years at a rate of once a year to inspect the roof and inform the customer of its immediate condition and needs; the customer must contact the R A Murphy Co -Roofing Systems on a yearly basis to activate this warranty
