COMPUTER SOFTWARE application using a database of Performance Management documents where text and data reside in specific fields for scorecard structure and content in respect of performance management measures to keep track of an organization's performance at all levels from an overview of the organization, through departments and to individuals, and for showing the actions that are required, for measuring key performance indicators, both numeric and textual.
