Association services, namely, supervising, and coordinating the interests of clubs, the interests of clubs sponsored by member clubs of the association, the members of which are high school or middle school students through service in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world by building goodwill and peace, promoting international understanding through philanthropic and community service programs, and to stimulate appreciation of various vocations; vocational guidance; promoting the ideals of the association and of clubs sponsored by member clubs of the association, by creating public awareness, providing humanitarian service and encouraging high ethical standards in personal and professional life
