Computer application software for mobile phones, smart phones, and tablets capable of Internet access, namely, software for recording details of a vehicle accident, including but not limited to taking pictures with the ability to add a text description to each picture, creating a detailed street view of the accident including buildings and streets, placement of multiple vehicles, people, objects, text and other items at the location of the accident based on GPS coordinates, filling out a custom accident report created by a systems administrator with unlimited categories and options that can be updated at any time by the system administrator, requesting a claim number from an insurance company that is added to the report that will be sent to the insurance company, a text summary of the accident that can be attached to the report, voice to text capability for all text entry fields, and a feature that removes or sweeps the report off of the drivers phone once the report is sent, sending the completed report to a global cloud Internet database for storage, and the capability to view reports or data on a network for future processing of the report and insurance claims
