IPTalk - is a desktop PC VoIP SoftPhone; IPTalk allows a PC to function as a local or remote VoIP telephone system extension; IPTalk allows users to use Voice over IP (VoIP) to access, configure, and perform telephone system PBX functions, which normally would require a telephone, to be accomplished directly from the desktop PC; These functions include, but are not limited to, dialing and receiving telephone calls, call handling, call forwarding, conferencing, voice messaging, call center agent functions, extension monitoring, and One Number Access; In addition, the IPTalk productivity software integrates with contact management software including Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, ACT!, and GoldMine® for caller screen pops and dialing out from these powerful applications
