Her phrase is her advertising slogan of her same-named business. We could not determine if this was to be registered under Class 45 - Licensing of Advertising Slogans and cartoon characters and the help line at USPTO.gov did not know and said to fill out this form. It's a phrase that will be put printed on a tremendous amount of merchandise items and therefore very difficult to register in each and every class she wants to print this on.
