It's Crazy Good is the name and slogan of the business. It's an advertising slogan that is used on t-shirts, printed stationery, artwork, totebags, household accessories. The It's Crazy Good phrase is a saying that was created by Kelsey Hobar 6 years ago that applies to a state of mind, an event, an action. Like the company "Life is Good" whose phrase is associated with stick figures of different occupations, nationalities, etc. Its Crazy Good is combined with artist Kelsey Hobars own personal unique graphic designs that reflect an advertising phrase. The website is "It's Crazy Good", the ezine is "It's Crazy Good". It doesn't apply to a specific product like Nike's "Just do it", or a particular brand. It's a phrase that incorporates, "It's Crazy Good . to be a Greek", "It's Crazy Good . to be an equestrienne". "It's Crazy Good . to be an artist". "It's Crazy Good . to be an athlete". Her phrase is her advertising slogan of her same-named business. We could not determine if this was to be registered under Class 45 - Licensing of Advertising Slogans and cartoon characters and the help line at USPTO.gov did not know and said to fill out this form. It's a phrase that will be put printed on a tremendous amount of merchandise items and therefore very difficult to register in each and every class she wants to print this on. Can someone please clarify this. We know there must be a specific category for situations like this. Thank you
