Organizing and conducting sporting events, exhibitions and competitions of Jamball, which is a newly created hybrid sport combining elements of soccer, basketball and lacrosse, among other sports, that can be played both indoors or outdoors, with the sport's name being derived from the Cajun culinary dish "Jambalaya," which, like the sport of Jamball, features a broad mix of ingredients; a web site featuring photographic, video and prose presentations outlining the rules and systems of play for the sport of Jamball, as well as featuring news and video highlights of past, current and future Jamball competitions; instruction related to the sport of Jamball, namely, skill development, physical fitness, agility, and competitive sports training services for improved on-field performance in the sport of Jamball; live and recorded performances of Jamball events; maintaining records and certifying record performances of amateur athletes, sports teams, and sports leagues in the sport of Jamball; providing information, news, analysis, and commentary related to the sport of Jamball; personal coaching and training services in the sport of Jamball; operating of Jamball sports camps to teach the fundamental skills necessary to excel at this newly created sport; providing physical playing facilities for competitions and training services in the sport of Jamball, which, at this point, is governed solely by the applicant for this trademark, Joel DeBruhl, Executive Director of JAMBALL AMERICA, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Oregon
