educational theatrical company using American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken word communication in original or derivative theatrical and/or musical performances; the company's participants include deaf, hard-of-hearing, and heating individuals, as well as individuals with other physical or behavioral handicaps; during, or in conjunction with performances, the company will sell merchandise with the QZT trademark printed and/or affixed to it; this merchandise includes T-shirts, sweatshirts, winter jackets, baseball caps, water containers, wristwatches, mugs and drinking glasses, pin-buttons, and balloons; the company will also offer nominal-fee classes in ASL for those who have no knowledge of sign language and wish to participate in QZT performances, and will desktop publish educational literature describing ASL for free distribution during, or in conjunction with, performances
