Promoting public awareness of criminal justice issues, namely, the conditions of jails and prisons, criminal justice laws and procedures at the state, local and federal level, issues relating to parole, probation and re-entry, issues relating to the administration of the criminal court system, and all legislative and administrative policies affecting the above issues by means of public advocacy; providing public policy information in the field of criminal justice reform; providing a website featuring public policy information in the field of criminal justice policy and reform; promoting public awareness and reform of criminal justice issues, namely, convening a council of persons directly impacted by the criminal legal system to develop and implement strategies for policy reform at the federal, state, and local levels
