Electrical and electronic apparatus, namely, computer hardware, downloadable and embedded operating-system software, charging appliances for rechargeable equipment, fire-alarm and emergency-evacuation devices, and home-automation systems comprised of computer hardware, wireless and wired controllers, and downloadable software for automating residential and commercial appliances, lighting, HVAC, and security devices; audiovisual equipment, namely, loudspeakers, soundbars, subwoofers, amplifiers, receivers, and wireless audio systems; closed-circuit television CCTV systems for security and surveillance, namely, cameras, monitors, microphones, and recorders; televisions, smart monitors, and video projectors; electronic accessories, namely, remote controls, connectors, cables, adapters, and power converters; all of the foregoing being goods distributed and supplied by KenHome and manufactured by others.

Communication and data-transmission services, namely, transmission of voice, audio, visual images, and data via telecommunications networks, wireless communication networks, and the Internet; all of the foregoing services being offered and facilitated by KenHome in connection with smart-home and building-automation systems supplied from third-party manufacturers.
