Mobile/cellular phone payment solutions and applications development, namely products/services that allow consumers to use their mobile/cellular phones to: purchase goods or services from shops, restaurants and other locations; purchase goods from vending machines; purchase tickets from ticketing machines; purchase items over the Internet; make payments to companies and individuals; access information, make reservations and receive messages. It allows consumers to pay for goods/services with exisiting credit and debit cards, as well as with pre-paid accounts. It utilizes Klarisphere, Klarium's proprietary technology platform. It works with all three major GSM messaging echnologies, namely: USSD, WAP and SMS/STK. Klarium also provides parent-to-child payment programs, corporate employee payment programs, business-to-business payment programs, suspect fraud information support, targeted merchant services and location-based services. It incorporates new technologies, specifically: Bluetooth, 3G and Infrared. Klarium develops applications and solutions for mobile phone operators, banks, financial institutions, retailers, government and other institutions.
