Promoting the concept of a low level dam, say 50 feet, at the Carquinez Strait, with fish ladder, electical generators, and water lift for boat traffic, to restrain the infusion of salt water into the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, promote the saving of fresh water in a lake to a surface depth of 50 ft which will maintain existing levels of river waters, and save fresh water in subterranean aquifers, and permit the transmission of fresh water to parched coastal areas via connecting aquifers to supplement existing electrical pumping systems ; Association services, namely, promoting public awareness of the need for the Carquinez Strait dam
