Educational services, namely providing a year-long elective course at the elementary, middle school, junior high, and high school levels in the fields of leadership development, academic support, college and career readiness, cultural identity, and community engagement; curriculum design for educators in the field of leadership and academic empowerment; training services for teachers in implementing leadership-based and asset-based instructional models; organizing and facilitating non-athletic student service projects and academic leadership activities; all of the foregoing expressly excluding the organization, regulation, or operation of athletic competitions, sports tournaments, athletic championships, sports-related scholarship events, or awards recognizing athletic performance.
