I create law-oriented phrases to be printed on Men's and Women's T-Shirts;hoodies;Sweatshirts;Long Sleeve T-Shirts;Polo Shirts;Tank Tops;Mugs;Caps;Tote Bags;Duffle Bags;Buttons;and Mouse Pads. I then typeset the phrases using a computer program and create a file of each to be uploaded to print-on-demand companies such as Amazon.com, who license the use of the phrases to print on any for the foregoing listed products. The licensee pays me a commission for each item it sells. This process is called "print-on-demand" where the printing only occurs when a consumer purchases a product. I have been doing this under the brand name "LAWPHRASES" for over 5 years. I note that LAWPHRASES is not merely descriptive since I have been using it in commerce and moreover there is no word "LAWPHRASES" in dictionaries. If one does a Google search of "LAWPHRASES," the results will show my business.
