Dream Catcher

Hand made art consisting of a Hoop of any size, woven with Yarn, Thread, String, Twine or Rope to create a unique woven pattern within the Hoop. Then finished woven hoop is adourned with beads, feathers, jewels, charms, messages or any small items based on the whims of the artist. Such items exist currently known as Dream Catchers. There is no requirement other than the approximate poceedure explained to identify a Dream Catcher as specific or authenitic as long as it is similar to the idea of a woven hoop. This Trademark is intended to define certain aspects of a Dream Catcher and apply the trademark to a specific combination of additions to the generic Dream Catcher. Love Catcher is defined by creating a generic Dream Catcher and adding the following attributes. 1. A Talisman, stone, Jewel, Charm, or any item that will be placed in or close to the center of the Dream Catcher. 2. With that item, a custom message corresponding to the perceived meaning of that item will be created that create a theme that is common and specific to Love Catcher. 3. The message will be within the theme of helping to improve or secure love and or health and will be poetic and a uniqe one of a kind message created by the artist to convey the meaning of the specific item placed on the Dream Catcher. 4. The item placed on the dream Catcher along with the custom message to be determined is created to be a theme specific to Love Cather Trademark. Any Dream Catcher containg any undescribed item added to it that adds a message to be determined that convey that this item will improve the owners life or love life and in combination with the term Love Catcher would be defined as copying the intended meaning and intent of the Trademark, Love Catcher
