Computer application software for mobile devices (i.e., mobile phones and handheld computers), namely, software for enabling or facilitating the location-based tracking, monitoring, and the management of a mobile device by allowing a monitoring mobile device to view usage data (i.e., website browsing history, real time and historical locations of the mobile device, and text messages) of the managed mobile devices, for blocking phone calls and instantiation of software applications on the managed mobile devices, for blocking managed devices' access to websites, and for scheduling usage period of the managed mobile devices, via computer and communication networks
