A digital audio conversion and transmission system designed for installed, facility wide, audio system to replace all traditional audio wiring procedures on any performance stage, namely, a multi-channel balanced analog audio to digital to network data stream conversion printed circuit board, a multi-channel network data stream to digital audio to balanced analog audio conversion printed circuit board, a third party digital signal processor based mixed engine combined with the other printed circuit boards in the system to allow advanced digital audio processing, a spaced rack mountable enclosure to house the system's printed circuit boards, a free standing remote system controller that employs the use of a touch liquid crystal display and a rotary encoder to input system wide settings and a wireless radio frequency operated remote controller that is used to access various functions of the system; excludes audio components for car and home use
