A tool that is comprised of five basic components that are scaled to fit a range of plumbing piping from 2" to 15" in diameter; a rubber plug, a spacer, a locking mechanism, a fulcrum and a lever that is hand-powered that have a specialized application that safely isolates plumbing drainage lines for multi-floored commercial projects during construction without the risk of dangerous pneumatic bladders or water leakage. The tool is designed to be used by a single commercial plumber without the need for air compressors or other specialized accessories. The plumbers then lowers the fulcrum onto the threaded branch of a tee, which is typical of all multi-family plumbing codes, then the lever is pressed in a downward motion until the rubber plug seals inside the pipe then the locking mechanism shall bind the tool until it is released. The tool is not intended to be sold through retail channels as the plumbing systems that the tool is designed for is multi-floored other than single-family housing, thus the tool shall be sold to wholesale plumbing trade
