A simple self adhesive medical reminder device with easily manipulated reminder hands for use as an effective way to remind the user of the timing of the last dose as well as the proper times and intervals for the next doses. The device quickly and easily attaches to a box or bottle by peeling the paper backing from the flexible plastic backing thus exposing the commercial grade glue. Once applied to the box or bottle, the device is set to the appropriate time and interval for dose administration by pulling the central pin, rotating the reminder hands and then releasing the central pin thus allowing the reminder hands to be set in the correct groove of the twenty four hour grooves. The color coding of the reminder hands clearly indicates the last dosage as well as the future dosages
