Providing a secure electronic online system featuring technology that allows subscribers to upload and electronically store certain documents, namely, advanced directives, living wills, health care proxies, DNR (do not resuscitate) orders, POLST (Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment), MOLST (Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment), organ donor information, and state-specific advance care documents, or Alternatively, a subscriber can upload a form to the online system describing where such documents can be found and If the subscriber gives permission, the online system features technology so that the system can be searched by participating health care providers, or by non-participating health care providers that are given the information found on a wallet card issued to the subscriber
