Providing personal identification information services for members to law enforcement personnel, medical personnel and other first responders to assist in identifying adults and children whose ability to communicate may be limited and returning them to caregivers and giving notice to relatives, caregivers or other designees in the event members suffer illness, injury or other emergency

Charitable foundation services, namely, providing fund-raising services to support the provision of services in the field of maintaining and providing personal medical and identification information for members
