Treatment of materials, namely, treating wood materials and forest products with fire inhibiting chemicals for defending and protecting woodframe buildings from fire ignition and fire spread by fire proofing wood-framing and sheeting during the construction phase by applying on job site, environmentally-clean liquid fire inhibiting chemicals that cling to dry lumber of the wood-framed buildings; defending and protecting home and business properties from fire ignition and fire spread, including arson fires, wild fires and fire storms, by applying environmentally-clean liquid fire inhibiting chemicals that cling to dry ground vegetation and materials around and on the surfaces of such properties; and treating and coating dimensional lumber, engineered wood, lumber and sheathing, by applying to the wood materials, in a factory, environmentally-clean liquid fire inhibiting chemicals which prevent fire ignition and flame spread
