Computer software, namely, a computer database application consisting of coded computer instructions embodied in files maintained on magnetic or electronic media in the nature of servers, stand-alone computer disc or solid-state drives and removable computer memory devices for use in the design of portable or permanently installed sound, video, lighting, and related control equipment, and systems composed of such equipment, for theatrical, concert, and other live sound events, and in the subsequent acquisition, installation and management of such equipment and systems, by way of the textual or graphic specification, input by the user into the database application, of the respective product types, names, manufacturers, models, sizes, and other identifying characteristics, of various electronic and associated equipment in the nature of loudspeakers, microphones, amplifiers and cables to be used in constructing such systems, the creation, manipulation and printing, via the database application, of textual lists of such equipment to be acquired and assembled into such systems for use at the live event, for use by persons charged with such acquisition and assembly tasks, and the creation and printing, via the database application, of textual identifying labels to be affixed to such equipment in order to facilitate its identification, assembly, packing, transportation, installation and transportation in an orderly and efficient manner
