This product does NOT contain CBD. Our 2nd Morgasm tradename product (Green actual tube photo of product/goods in commerce attached) DATE OF FIRST USE IN COMMERCE 11/4/2021, does contain CBD, and is in compliance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018. The cannabidiol-containing item offered is solely derived from 100% legal hemp with a delta-9THC concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
