(Based on Intent to Use) Providing online courses of instruction in the fields of public-policy advocacy and sustainable-systems development to improve maternal and infant health outcomes in Black communities; all of the foregoing directed exclusively to policy advocacy and systems change concerning reproductive justice, birth justice, and maternal and infant health equity in Black communities, and excluding online courses in the fields of motherhood, women's empowerment, work-life balance, self-development, self-care, business development, personal development, mentorship, or community services.
