I have a website (www;Channelside;us) and write the Mr; Channelside real estate/Channelside District blog/column, which is featured on the website; Channelside is an urban District in Tampa; I am a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker; Recently, I have amended my company name to-- Mr; Channelside Real Estate Services, LLC; "Mr; Channelside" has been featured in a few articles (Tampa Tribune); Also, next semester, I will be teaching a grad/undergrad real estate course @ The University of Tampa; I am planning to use the "Mr; Channelside" name for other real estate courses/seminars/promotional programs
