Providing staff support for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are living on their own all in the nature of non-medical in-home supportive personal care services for assisting with daily living activities of such individuals; Facilitating, overseeing, and connecting those with intellectual disabilities with support staff and services supporting in-home care and independence all in the nature of providing case management services, namely, coordinating legal, medical, physical, social, personal care and psychological services for persons with intellectual disabilities
