Personal emergency response systems comprised of computer hardware and software, electronic transmitters, electronic receivers, circuit boards, microprocessors that leverage telephone, mobile phones, cellular, data, wireless, and global computer networks, namely, systems that transmit recordings of audio, images, personal data, and location information derived from Global Positioning Systems (GPS), apparatus for wireless communication and cellular triangulation from mobile device software to a hosted computer system using cellular, data, wireless and global computer networks; systems that allow access by remote third-party monitoring providers to data concerning emergency incidents via cellular, data, wireless and global computer networks; and systems that identify the location and contact information of the closest public and/or private emergency responders based on the GPS location information transmitted from the mobile device

Central dispatch security services provided for the safety of individuals who initiate an alert using a mobile device that is transmitted over cellular, data, wireless or global computer networks, namely, alarm monitoring consisting of validating the emergency by listening to recorded audio transmitted from the mobile device, tracking the subscriber's location derived from Global Positioning Systems (GPS), and summoning aid for the individual by notifying the closest public and/or private emergency responders

Emergency communication services allowing an individual to initiate an alert to and communicate with a remote central monitoring station using a mobile device that transmits recorded audio, location information and other data related to the individual over cellular, data, wireless or other global computer networks; communication services via radio, telephone, text, mobile phones, electronic mail, computer terminals, fibre-optic networks, digital transmission, wireless broadband and satellite, used for the purpose of validating the emergency, identifying the closest public and/or private emergency responders, and notifying such emergency responders using telephone lines, cellular, data, or other global computer networks to provide aid to the individual undergoing the emergency
